How far in advance should I book?

Delivery & Setup
What areas do you cover?
We provide inflatable hire throughout Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan, Tameside and surrounding areas.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is included within our standard service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our normal coverage area.
Do you set up the inflatables?
Yes. Our team delivers, installs and secures all inflatables before use.
Do you collect the equipment afterwards?
Absolutely. Once your event has finished, we return to safely dismantle and collect the equipment.
How long does setup take?
Most inflatables can be installed within 15–30 minutes, although larger event setups may take longer.
Safety
Are your inflatables insured?
Yes. We hold Public Liability Insurance for our inflatable hire services.
Are your inflatables safety tested?
All equipment is regularly inspected, maintained and checked to ensure it meets safety requirements.
Do children need supervision?
Yes. Adult supervision is recommended at all times when children are using inflatables.
Can adults use the bouncy castles?
Some inflatables are specifically designed for adults, while others are suitable for children only. Please ask when booking.
What safety rules should users follow?
Users should remove shoes, jewellery and sharp objects before use. We also recommend separating users by age and size wherever possible.
Weather
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is often manageable depending on the inflatable hired. However, safety always comes first, and some equipment may need to be cancelled during poor weather conditions.
Can inflatables be used in windy weather?
No. Inflatables should never be used in unsafe wind conditions. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will advise if conditions are unsuitable.
What happens if severe weather is forecast?
If severe weather creates a safety risk, we may postpone or cancel the booking. We will always discuss options with you beforehand.

Can bouncy castles be used indoors?
Yes. Many of our inflatables are suitable for indoor venues, including community centres, sports halls and school halls.
How much space do I need?
